The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program offers a comprehensive theoretical and practical implementation of yoga, pranayama (breathwork), meditation, yogic anatomy & physiology and yoga philosophy etc.

The course offered under entirely yoga qualified teachers supports students in gaining a rich experience with illustrations and examples from real life. The students obtaining the complete experience are given an internationally recognized Yoga Alliance certificate after graduation, when many yoga schools, wellness centers, and yoga resorts require having, providing them with qualifications to teach yoga.

Program Highlights Yoga Teacher Training Course takes place at Divine yoga school in Rishikesh (India)—the global yoga capital and a center of spirituality education – this syllabus includes teaching on foundational and intermediary aspects of yogic science. The students will spend 24 days and 23 nights busy studying and practicing in supportive surroundings and under the supervision and compassion of teachers and managers. Course Description

The course has 10 weeks that include:

  • 60 days (approx.) of study time with flexibility for each student.
  • The majority of the study is done by the student at home with daily self-paced practice.
  • There are live weekend sessions.

Each day includes different topics as follows:

  • Monday-Thursday: Yoga Asana Practice & Alignment

Daily 90-minute classes focus on proper alignment, sequencing and muscle engagement.

  • Friday: Pranayama & Breathwork

Students learn traditional pranayamas and how to use breath to control their energy levels and reduce stress.

  • Saturday: Meditation & Yogic Lifestyle

Guided meditation, mantra chanting and yogic lifestyle philosophies are taught.

  • Sunday: Rest / Self-Study / Teaching Practice

Each Sunday is left for review, journaling and practicing teaching others what you have learned.
