The 21-Day/200 hour Pranayama & Meditation Teacher Training Course is a powerful and life-changing opportunity to draw from the ancient tradition of breath and meditation techniques while empowering you with the skills and confidence to practice and to teach others. Conducted in the peaceful environment of Rishikesh, the world capital of yoga, this training will provide the practice of traditional yogic approaches, methods supported by modern science, and experiential wisdom to master the teaching of pranayama & meditation as a form of personal development and to teach professionally.

This training is far beyond breath techniques and methods of meditation. A detailed scientific understanding of the body, mind, and energy allows students to have significant mental clarity, emotional stability, and physical energy. Coupled with practical teaching instruction students will learn healing practices of breath and meditation techniques to support others with stress, anxiousness, and related lifestyle issues.

To receive the certification, you will need to complete the training in its entirety which includes:

  • Approximately 95% attendance at all classes + workshops.
  • Fulfillment of practical teaching assignments and group project presentations.
  • Completion of a brief written assessment/project on pranayama and meditation.
  • Demonstration of being able to lead a full meditation & breathwork session with confidence.

Yoga Alliance Certificate

On successful completion of this program you will be eligible pick up 200 Yoga Teacher Training Course certification with the Yoga Alliance to enable you to take classes and teach pranayama and meditation worldwide.
